This 6-month engagement was centered on understanding the Legal Services market and designing a SaaS product to support entrepreneurs' path forward with the security of having a subscription legal service.

Engagement:
A private equity client was looking to build out an acquisition strategy to determine the tuck-in capability of the initial platform company. Our focus was on identifying process efficiencies in sourcing, demand planning, manufacturing operations, warehousing and distribution.
Outcomes:

Developed a Sourcing and Purchasing analysis focused on concentration risk, price volatility and quality control.

US Launch of Groundbreaking App
Engagement:
A newly funded Start-up client looking to establish a Go-To-Market distribution plan for their flagship consumer app. Based in Tel-Aviv, Empathy needed to have a B2B launch plan focused on the United States dependent on enterprise distribution. Blackland provided market research and validation to establish seven viable B2B distribution channels pre and post launch.
